• Business setup details. The business type, audience, tone and other prompt inputs you enter in order to generate content.
• Content you generate or save. Stored so you can return to it, and deletable by you.
• Billing information. If you subscribe, payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and campaign data. Page views, feature usage, and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) so we can understand which marketing works.

How we use it

• To provide content generation and store your saved content.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To process subscription payments and send service-related messages.
• To measure aggregate product and marketing performance.

AI processing

The prompt details you submit are sent to a third-party AI model provider in order to generate your content. Do not enter sensitive personal information, financial details, or confidential third-party data into generation prompts.

Advertising and analytics

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run ContentBank — hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, analytics — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can delete saved content at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

Traffic to ContentBank is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, and access to accounts requires authentication. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
