Nelco Consulting Corp., trading as ContentBank, is the data controller for personal data described in this notice. This notice explains what we collect when you use contentbank.shop, why we use it, who receives it, and the choices you have.

• Account information. Your name, email address, authentication records, and account preferences.
• Business setup details. The business type, audience, tone and other prompt inputs you enter in order to generate content.
• Content you generate or save. Stored so you can return to it, and deletable by you.
• Support communications. Messages and information you send when requesting help.
• Billing records. Subscription status, plan, transaction references, and billing dates. Paddle handles payment-card details; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and campaign data. Page views, feature usage, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, and campaign parameters such as utm_source.

How we use data and our legal bases

• Contract. To create and manage your account, generate and store content, provide support, and administer subscriptions.
• Legitimate interests. To secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose problems, and improve product performance.
• Consent. To use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation. To maintain required transaction records and respond to lawful requests.

AI processing

The prompt details you submit are sent to a third-party AI model provider in order to generate your content. Do not enter sensitive personal information, financial details, or confidential third-party data into generation prompts.

Advertising and analytics

We may use advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may set cookies and record events such as page views, sign-ups, and purchases. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.

Who receives data

We do not sell your personal information. We may share relevant data with:

• Hosting, infrastructure, AI model, analytics, and customer-support providers that help us operate ContentBank.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, customer service, and refunds.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting providers where necessary.
• Courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for legal, security, dispute, or backup purposes. Transaction records may be kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. You can delete saved content at any time and request account deletion. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, account authentication, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your data; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent. UK and EEA residents may complain to their local data protection supervisory authority. We normally respond to valid UK or EEA requests within one month.
