These terms apply when you use ContentBank at contentbank.shop. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

ContentBank is a tool that drafts marketing content based on the details you provide. Output is generated by an AI model and may contain errors, outdated information, or claims that do not apply to your business. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you publish.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ContentBank to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, or that violates the policies of the platforms you publish on. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or resell access to the service.

Ownership of content

You own the content you generate and are free to use it for your business. We claim no ownership over your output. Because AI models can produce similar text for similar prompts, we cannot guarantee that output is unique.

Credits and plans

Generation consumes credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance which refreshes at the start of each billing period. When credits run out, generation pauses until the next period or until you upgrade. You are not charged automatically for extra usage.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

No guaranteed results

ContentBank helps you produce marketing content. We make no promise about sales, leads, engagement, revenue, or any other business outcome.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features and these terms; material changes will be communicated in the product or by email.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentBank is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
