These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ContentBank at contentbank.shop. ContentBank is provided by Nelco Consulting Corp. ("Nelco", "we", "us", or "our"), and your contract for the service is with Nelco Consulting Corp. By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use ContentBank, you agree to these terms.

The service

ContentBank is a tool that drafts marketing content based on the details you provide. Output is generated by an AI model and may contain errors, outdated information, or claims that do not apply to your business. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you publish. AI output is not professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You must not use ContentBank for unlawful activity; fraud, spam, scams, or deception; hate speech, harassment, or non-consensual deepfakes; malware or security attacks; infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights; or content that violates the rules of a platform where you publish it. You must not probe, scrape, disrupt, bypass technical limits, reverse-engineer, jailbreak, resell, or redistribute access to the service.

Inputs, outputs, and intellectual property

You retain your rights in content you submit and, as between you and Nelco, own the content generated for you to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your inputs and outputs only as needed to operate the service. You must have the rights needed to submit your inputs and use the outputs. Because AI models can produce similar material for different users, we cannot guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights. Rights holders may report alleged infringement to support@contentbank.shop. We may remove content and suspend repeat infringers.

Content review and moderation

You are responsible for your prompts, for checking the accuracy and suitability of outputs, and for how you use or publish them. We may refuse or filter requests, restrict or remove content, and investigate suspected misuse where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

Our intellectual property and your licence

Nelco Consulting Corp. and its licensors retain all rights in ContentBank, including its software, documentation, design, and branding. While your account is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

Credits and plans

Generation consumes credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance which refreshes at the start of each billing period. When credits run out, generation pauses until the next period or until you upgrade. You are not charged automatically for extra usage.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms and our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. When access ends, you may lose access to account features; contact support promptly if you need help exporting or deleting stored content.

No guaranteed results

ContentBank helps you produce marketing content. We make no promise about sales, leads, engagement, revenue, or any other business outcome.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features and these terms; material changes will be communicated in the product or by email.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentBank is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, including lost profit, revenue, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
